Price: €3,180 Includes VAT within the EU. Duties outside the EU are the buyer's.
Made: 220 a year Two watchmakers, one bench each. That number is the ceiling, not a target.
Lead time: 5 to 7 weeks Cases are machined in batches of forty. Where your order falls in a batch is what moves the date.
In the box: Four items The watch, the second strap of your choice, a strap tool, and the regulation sheet for your movement with its measured rate in five positions.
Warranty: 3 years Movement and case. Straps and crystal scratches are wear, not faults.
Service: Every 5 years Full strip, clean, oil and regulate. Currently €290, done here, about three weeks.
Returns: 30 days Unworn, in the box, refunded in full including the shipping you paid.

A full wind lasts 62 hours. The oils in it last about five years. After that the movement is stripped to its parts, cleaned, re-oiled, the mainspring replaced and the rate reset in five positions.

Returns and warranty

Thirty days to send it back, unworn and in the box, refunded in full including the shipping you paid. The warranty runs three years on the movement and the case. A scratched crystal or a worn strap is not a fault, and we will say so; a movement that will not hold its rate is, and that is on us.

If something is wrong after the warranty, it still comes back here. We have only ever made one watch, so there is no model we cannot service.
