Orders
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Made-to-order watches are confirmed with an estimated delivery window of 5–7 weeks.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Import duties outside the EU are paid by the recipient.
Delivery
Watches ship by insured courier and must be signed for. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
You may return an unworn watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Engraved watches cannot be returned.
Warranty
Every watch carries a five-year warranty on the movement, case and workmanship, transferable with the watch. See the service page for details.
