An Osmund needs a full service every five to seven years. It comes back to the same bench, the same person and a fixed price.

Prices include insured shipping both ways within the EU, UK and US.

Complete strip-down, clean, re-oil, new mainspring and gaskets, regulation in five positions and a new timing sheet.

For a watch running outside its rate. Demagnetised, checked on the timing machine and adjusted.

How it works

Tell us what is wrong

Send a short note through the contact form. We reply within two working days with a price and a date.
Send it insured

We email a prepaid, insured label. Pack the watch in its travel case and drop it off.
We service it

The watchmaker who built it does the work, photographs it on the bench and times it again.
It comes home

Back to you insured, with a new timing sheet and a two-year service warranty.

Warranty

The warranty belongs to the watch. If you sell or hand it on, it goes with it.

Do you service watches that are not Osmund?

No. We keep parts and timing records only for our own movements, and we would rather do one thing properly.

Is servicing covered by the warranty?

Any fault in the movement, case or workmanship within five years of delivery is repaired free, including shipping both ways.

I bought my Osmund second-hand. Can you still service it?

Yes. Every serial number is in our ledger. Warranty follows the watch, not the owner.
